Concernant le manque d’harmonisation des règles et pratiques en finance islamique, il faut bien reconnaître qu’aujourd’hui les domaines de convergence sont plus nombreux que les sujets divergents mais ces derniers doivent d’être pris au sérieux afin d’éviter des dégâts collatéraux en termes de sécurité juridique.
